Section 01

Agreement and scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through deskvara.com. They explain the relationship between the customer and the store operator for ordering, payment, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and related support. By placing an order, you agree to these purchase terms together with the product information, Payment & Security page, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed before checkout.

Section 02

The contracting party

The seller and store operator is Guangzhou Tingru Technology Co., Ltd., trading under the Deskvara™ brand. The business identity and contact information are shown in the Company Details card. Third-party providers such as Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, and carriers support the transaction but do not replace the seller unless a separate service expressly states otherwise.

Section 03

Order acknowledgement and acceptance

Submitting checkout creates an order request. An automatic confirmation or acknowledgement shows that the request was received; it does not necessarily mean the order has completed all verification or fulfillment checks. We may review payment, availability, address information, suspected misuse, or other relevant details. An order may be accepted, placed on hold, or cancelled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Section 04

Product information and selection

We aim to describe products accurately, including intended use, included items, variants, compatibility notes, and other relevant details. Minor differences in color, appearance, or packaging can occur because of displays, manufacturing updates, or photography. Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing and selecting the correct option before ordering. If a material error is identified, we may correct it and contact affected customers where appropriate.

Section 05

Price, tax, and payment

The price and final amount are shown during checkout. U.S. dollars are used unless another currency is specifically stated. Applicable shipping charges, promotions, and taxes are shown where the checkout process requires them. Payment must be successfully authorized through an available method. Banks or payment providers can apply their own fees or verification requirements, which are separate from the amount charged by Deskvara™.

Section 06

Promotions and offers

Promotions can be subject to dates, product eligibility, order value, customer eligibility, region, code limits, or other stated conditions. An offer does not apply unless its requirements are met. Unless the promotion says otherwise, offers may not be combined. We may refuse or cancel misuse of a promotion where permitted by law, including manipulation, duplicate abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Section 07

Delivery information and requirements

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Shipping methods, charges, preparation time, transit estimates, tracking, split shipments, and delivery problems are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Carrier or destination events outside our direct control can delay a parcel. If a shipment is returned because of an address or delivery issue, the applicable reshipment or refund process will depend on the circumstances.

Section 08

Performance, setup, and third-party services

Some desk accessories interact with laptops, monitors, phones, USB power, wireless functions, software, operating systems, or other third-party equipment. Performance can depend on the customer’s device, setup, environment, power source, software, and other external conditions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and compatibility should be checked before ordering.

Section 09

Problems with an order

If an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, defective, incomplete, or otherwise needs review, contact customer service promptly with the order number and relevant supporting information. Keep packaging, labels, parts, and the product while the issue is reviewed. The store may provide troubleshooting, replacement, return, refund, or another appropriate remedy according to the facts, the applicable policies, and consumer law.

Section 10

Returns and cancellations

Eligible return requests must follow the Return & Refund Policy, including the 30 calendar day request period, authorization process, item-condition requirements, return destination, inspection, and refund timing. Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. A cancellation can only be completed if the order has not progressed beyond the point where it can reasonably be stopped.

Section 11

Offers and promotional codes

A promotional code must be entered or otherwise applied according to the offer instructions before the order is completed. Codes can expire, be limited to selected products, or be restricted to one use or one customer. If a code is not reflected in the final total, do not assume it will be added after purchase. Contact customer service before checkout if you believe a valid offer should apply.

Section 12

Product use and safety

Products must be used for their intended purpose and according to supplied instructions and warnings. Customers are responsible for stable placement, suitable power sources, compatible devices, proper assembly, and normal care. Do not use a product in a way that creates unreasonable risk, damages another device, violates a third party’s rights, or conflicts with stated limitations. Children should use suitable products with appropriate supervision.

Section 13

AI, connected, wireless, and software features

Where a product includes smart, connected, automated, or wireless features, results can depend on network conditions, supported devices, software versions, third-party services, and other external factors. No description should be read as a promise that an external service will remain available forever. A third party may change or discontinue its own software, platform, or compatibility.

Section 14

Site content and representations

Product photographs, diagrams, videos, and descriptions are intended to explain the product being offered. Decorative props or third-party devices shown in an image are not included unless the listing says they are included. We may correct typographical, technical, or pricing errors when identified. If a material error affects an order, customer service may contact the customer before proceeding.

Section 15

Payments, chargebacks, and fraud prevention

Customers should contact customer service about a transaction concern before initiating a chargeback where possible. We may provide order, delivery, and communication records to a payment provider when responding to a dispute. We may use reasonable fraud-prevention checks and may cancel or hold an order where payment, identity, address, or transaction information indicates a material risk.

Section 16

Privacy and account information

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Customers must provide accurate account and order information and should protect login credentials and payment security information. Do not send passwords, one-time payment codes, or full security credentials to customer service. We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify an order or privacy request.

Section 17

Warranties and legal rights

Any product-specific warranty or guarantee will be described with that product or in accompanying documentation. Do not assume a universal warranty term where none is stated. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Section 18

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses that are reasonably connected with the transaction and for which the law makes the seller responsible. Deskvara™ is not responsible for independent third-party failures, unsupported device combinations, customer misuse, unauthorized modification, or indirect loss where liability for those matters can lawfully be excluded. Mandatory liability is not excluded.

Section 19

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions for future purchases when business practices, website features, or legal requirements change. The terms that apply to an order are generally the terms presented when the order was placed, except where a later change is required by law or is expressly accepted by the customer.

Section 20

Contact and dispute support

Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to service@deskvara.com or raised by phone at +86 137-2688-6154 during published customer-service hours. We aim to review concerns in good faith. Applicable mandatory law, consumer rights, and any court or dispute-resolution rules that cannot be excluded remain available.
